US market entry

US Launch IT

A launch has a specific kind of work that neither an offshore IT team nor a general managed service provider covers: deciding what happens in what order, holding dependencies between IT and every other workstream, coordinating vendors in an unfamiliar market, and being reachable when the site is trading.

The problem

You have a US opening date and no technical presence in the market. Your existing team owns how things are configured, but nobody is on the ground to install it, coordinate US vendors, or support the site during local hours.

How we approach it

We run the in-market delivery. Sequencing, vendor coordination, installation, deployment, testing, and support during US business hours. Your team keeps ownership of standards and configuration.

What you get

  • Sequencing and dependency management across the programme
  • Connectivity procurement, including carrier comparison and lead-time management
  • Network and site infrastructure specification against your existing estate pattern
  • End-user device sourcing and remote configuration
  • Vendor coordination with US carriers, contractors and suppliers
  • Support and escalation model design, including delegated permissions
  • Local-hours support from launch

Deliverables

  • Dependency register with routing and decision ownership separated
  • Support and escalation model
  • Connectivity comparison and recommendation
  • Site network specification
  • Programme handbook stating the boundary between all parties

What this does not cover

  • Configuration ownership and architecture, which stay with your team
  • Hardware supplied at cost plus margin, quoted separately
  • Legal, tax and payroll advisory
  • On-site work outside the Atlanta metro, quoted separately

Timeline

Engaged from lease execution through launch, then ongoing

Six to twelve months of build, then a standing retainer

Price

Structure fixed, figures quoted after scoping

Figures depend on delegated permission scope, site layout and confirmed headcount. We publish the structure rather than a number we would have to revise.

How it is structured

Setup
One-off, billed across the build period
Monthly retainer
Fixed, from launch
On-site
Hourly above an included baseline
Per seat
Above an included headcount

Outcome

The site opens on time, the estate stays supportable by the team that already supports the rest of it, and someone in market is accountable for the sequence.
